Two generations, one file.
The Legacy Team is Karen Hilliard and her daughter, Britney Javens. Both are Realtors with Keller Williams North Atlanta, and both work every sale.
Most teams split clients between agents. We split the map. Whoever knows your streets leads, and the other reads every contract, covers every showing she can't make, and picks up the phone when the first one is at a closing.

Luxury, Lake Lanier, the mountains and land.
Karen has lived on Lake Lanier for more than twelve years, and her practice started there. She now leads our estate, waterfront, mountain and land work, from Milton and Alpharetta to deep-water homes on Lanier and cabins in Blue Ridge.
Before real estate she worked in construction management. She reads a lot the way a builder does, walks new construction at each stage, and checks docks, wells and septic systems before a client commits. She is licensed in Georgia and in Florida, where she also works with buyers and sellers in Destin and along the Emerald Coast.

Britney Javens
North Atlanta and intown.
Britney leads our work from Buckhead and Brookhaven up the GA-400 corridor through Roswell, Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Milton to Cumming. She has more than four years in North Atlanta real estate and a background in flipping and renovating homes, so she can tell a buyer what a house needs and what that will cost to fix.
She runs our digital marketing and listing presentation, and clients know her for fast replies and steady follow-through in a fast market.

Britney leads south of the lake and Karen leads on it and north of it. In Alpharetta, Milton and Cumming we divide by property type.
